Refund and Cancellation Policies

I honor the commitment it takes to embark on a journey of leadership coaching and the unpredictability that can come with the demanding schedules of my clients. My payment and cancellation policies are crafted to respect both your time and mine, ensuring mutual understanding and a harmonious coaching experience.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

I understand that unexpected changes can occur in a busy executive’s calendar. Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, I kindly request that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the slot to another client and maintain a fair and efficient booking system.

If a session is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded, as this time has been specifically reserved for you. For full payments, a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

In the rare event that I must cancel a session, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

Refund Policy

For services rendered, refunds are not typically provided due to the nature of coaching and the time invested. However, I strive for the satisfaction of our clients. If there are any concerns about the services received, please discuss them with me directly. My goal is to ensure a valuable and impactful coaching experience.
